Our Meeting@NOVOTEL package offers you a wide variety of possibilities. Depending on the objectives and duration of your meeting, the number of attendees and the food and beverage services needed, we will adjust the Meeting@Novotel package to make a perfect fit with your requirements.
As an example, the Meeting@NOVOTEL 8-hour package, for which a minimum of 25 attendees per day is required, includes:
- Plenary meeting room rental
- Welcome with ‘Good Morning Novotel’ buffet
- Unlimited coffee, tea and mineral water during the meeting
- Two innovative, stimulating or classic breaks; one in the morning and another in the afternoon
- An extensive lunch including coffee, tea, milk and orange juice
- LCD projector (5000 ANSI lumens) and screen
- Flipchart with marker pens
- Free ADSL broadband Internet connection
- Meeting kit in the room and note blocks with pencils on the tables
Naturally, we would be glad to adjust the above package to a 4-hour, 12-hour or 24-hour meeting package to better suit your event.
