Your dedicated event coordinator will attend to all your requirements and ensure you receive the very best bespoke service and a pleasant experience at Novotel Amsterdam City before, during and after your meeting. He or she will guide and support you throughout the whole process, from the initial planning to a follow-up evaluation.

At the start of the event itself, your guests will be welcomed in the lobby of our Convention Centre by your own meeting host and will escort them to the appointed meeting room. Your host will remain at your disposal for the duration of your event to attend to any questions or requests you may have. He or she will also be glad to deal with the unexpected, such as latecomers or changes to meal schedules, and to keep an eye on your budget.
